The Meeting has approximately $18,000 in liquid assets and $10,000 in the NH Community Loan Fund. The Replacement Reserve is $21,225. The Legacy Gift Fund grant for $6,000 for the solar project has arrived.
6.3 Customary Expense Payments: Friends approved the payment of usual and customary expenses until the 2016-2017 budget is approved. We expect to approve the budget at the July Meeting for Business.

6.5 Construction Projects: Friends approved adding the 2015-2016 surplus of $560 to the construction projects line to be reserved for future projects such as the meditation garden or landscaping or the solar array.
6.6 PSECC Report on “Black Lives Matter”: The PSECC Committee has had two open meetings [regarding Minutes 2016.4.7 and 2016.5.6]. They considered organizing a vigil or a paid advertisement or an op-ed piece, but came to feel that the Meeting first needs to increase our understanding and determine what we are called to share by grappling with the issue together. The Committee will be gathering sources of information to be available here in the Meetinghouse. Friends requested that the committee return to the Meeting with suggestions for the next steps for how we are going to wrestle with this issue, both among ourselves and within the larger community.
6.7 Ant Treatments: The Property Committee has a proposal from JP Pest Services to apply various treatments to eliminate ants at a price of $226. Friends authorized the Committee to approve a one-time treatment.
6.8 The meeting closed with worship.
