Concord (NH) Monthly Meeting gathered in Meeting for Worship for Business. Those present were: 8
4.1 The meeting opened with a period of silent worship.
4.2 Friends reviewed and approved the minutes from Meeting for Worship for Second Month.
4.3 Date for Doctrine of Discovery program: June 9th
4.4 June meeting for Business on June 2 from 9:00-10:00.
4.5 Transfer of Pat Wallace from Camas Friends Church: approved.
4.6 Friends suggested that Ministry and Council consider a letter for new members.
4.7 Current Budget was discussed: The current income is less than the expected income. Friends are encouraged to give monthly.
As of March 13: Total income $17,499.23; Total Expense $17,189.01; Net $310.22
4.8 Draft Budget for next fiscal year was presented by Budget committee.
4.9 Mission/purpose statement presented by Property Committee was approved.
4.10 Business was concluded with a brief period of worship.
