The meeting began with a period of silent worship.

7.17.1  Sixth Month Minutes:  The meeting reviewed and approved the minutes of Sixth Month 2010.

7.27.2  Financial Report:  Ruth Heath, as a member of the Budget Committee, presented the ‘Annual Meetinghouse Operating Budget’.  It was pointed out that we may have to amend the mortgage payment to include interest on borrowing against pledges anticipated during Fiscal Year 2010-2011.

Ruth explained the detail in 'Proposed 2010-2011 Concord Friends Meeting Budget’ and the analysis of this budget to previous years.  It was noted that rent costs of ~$4,500 will be reduced to $1,146 since we will be moving into the new Meetinghouse.  It was also noted that there was an overall net increase of $3,558 over last year’s budget.  We move forward in faith.  The meeting approved the proposed budget, recognizing that there may be changes through the year.
