Minutes of Meeting for Worship for Business
Concord (NH) Monthly Meeting
Religious Society of Friends
5th Month 14, 2006

Concord (NH) Monthly Meeting gathered in a regularly called Meeting for Worship for Business, on the date above stated, at the Merrimack Valley Day Care Center, Concord, NH. Friends present were Lois Booth, David Freeman-Woolpert, Ruth Heath (treasurer), Rich Kleinschmidt (recording clerk pro tem), Jay Smith, Sara Smith (clerk)
The meeting was opened by the clerk with a period of worshipful silence.
5.1 Minutes. The minutes from 2006 4th Month were corrected and approved.
5.2 Treasurer’s Report. Contributions received so far during the 2005-2006 fiscal year should be sufficient to cover our expenses for the period. If additional donations are not needed to cover expenses for this year, the will be applied to the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
5.3 Interfaith Council. Meeting representative David Freeman-Woolpert has been asked to serve as the vice president of the Interfaith Council will the expectation that he will serve as president the following year.
5.4 Spring Party. The First Day School committee recommend that the spring party be held at or near Don and Lois’s Riverland Property. Don and Lois have indicated that they will donate this property to the Meeting should we find it suitable for a meeting house.
5.5 First Day School. We agreed that the last First Day School classes will be 6/11. During the summer, we will have supervised outdoor play time with classes resuming in the fall.
The meeting ended with a period of worshipful silence, purposing to meet again on the second First Day of Sixth Month or at the call of the clerk.
