Minutes of Meeting for Worship for Business
Concord (NH) Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends
First Month 8, 2017
In attendance: 10 Friends
1.1 The meeting opened with a reading from the queries on discernment followed by worship.
1.2 Changes to 12th Month Minutes: Friends accepted the Twelfth Month minutes with the following corrections:
11.3 The Meeting received a $6,000 grant for the Meetinghouse Solar Project. There is no one in the state who has done group net metering of this sort.
1.3 Posting Minutes on Website: Ministry & Counsel Committee has recommended that copies of the minutes be posted on the Meeting website. Names, other than those of the Presiding Clerk and the Recording Clerk, will be removed. Friends approved.
1.4 Support for Refugees and Immigrants: Friends discussed the Hanover Friends Meeting Minute 12/18/16. Friends are encouraged to reconsider this minute for further discussion at the next Meeting for Business. Friends are encouraged to communicate their thoughts in advance with the PSECC_Convener [at] ConcordFriendsMeeting [dot] org (subject: Hanover%20MM%20Minute%20of%202016-12-18) (convener) of PSECC.
1.5 The meeting closed with worship.
